Favorite Road Beverages?

Beverages are a crucial part of keeping the participants of a road trip happy and hydrated. A good drink will help the driver and passengers stay alert at all times. No one wants a thirsty driver or a sleepy co-pilot (co-pilot- usually the shotgun passenger who is in charge of crucial decisions like music selection and directions) So that brings us to the question of what is your drink of choice for an extended car ride? I personally enjoy a tall can of Arizona original green tea. Not only is the drink humongous, it happens to be an amazing 99 cents! I mean come on, now adays a dollar wont get you very far in any aspect of life. The can fits nice and snug in all car cupholders and is universal to almost all gas stations and conveniant stores. I enjoy most of the arizona products but the original green tea with ginseng and honey is tried and true. It contains just the right amount of sugar to keep you going without giving you the jitters that are associated with coffee and energy drinks. It's also great for soothing a sore throat.

So lets here it, what is your beverage of choice for an extended car ride?

Welcome All: Introduction

Hello and welcome to our new blog. A few of my friends and I just returned from a weekend long excursion and we've decided it might be cool to share some of our past adventures, future trip plans and our outlook on different aspects of a road trip. To me, the road trip is one of the most challenging and enjoyable experiences one can have. I have found over the years that traveling in such close proximity to others can be very revealing about peoples character. A roadtrip can strengthen or ultimately ruin a friendship. Most of my best friends have traveled with me multiple times and we are now closer as a result of our adventures. I would also like to make the disclaimer that we are seasoned road trippers but are in no way claiming to be experts. Our goal for this blog is to create a forum like environment where people can share their insights and opinions on everything from their favorite driving music to their worst rest stop encounter. Heck maybe even a few people with similar travel goals will meet and one day take on a new adventure. Your participation is crucial to the health of this blog so tell all your friends and lets get after it. You can subscribe to this blog at the bottom of the page.
Enjoy!
